Anthurium warocqueanum is a striking epiphytic creeper with velvety, elongated leaves that range from light green to very dark greenish-black. Its mature leaves can reach 3-4 feet in length and 15 inches in width, featuring a distinctive velvet texture created by tiny flattened hairs. The plant produces green spathe and spadix flowers followed by red berries. It belongs to the Cardiolonchium group of velvet-leaved Anthuriums, alongside species like A. crystallinum and A. regale, and is prized for its dramatic foliage.
